Tracey Miller,         Principal / Owner

My human resources practice focuses on simplifying the complex to enable  individuals, teams and organizations as a whole achieve their desired results.

Prior to establishing Tracey Miller Consulting in 2016, I co-founded and operated Miller Correa & Associates of Los Gatos, California for 17 years. From its inception in 1999 Miller Correa quickly grew to become a trusted partner to numerous Silicon Valley technology companies by providing strategic human resources solutions specially tuned to the needs of small and medium size rapidly growing organizations.

I bring strong business acumen to my clients having held senior positions in operations, marketing, training, leadership development and human resources in both start-up and Fortune 500 environments. This unique blend of operations business experience combined with  deep insight and understanding of human resources challenges presents a powerful asset for any organization.

My career began in the Canadian retail industry before I resettled in California and founded Miller Correa to focus on the technology and non-profit sectors.  Now residing in the Seattle area, I am excited to also be partnering with organizations in the Pacific Northwest.

I  also served as an instructor for the University of California, Santa Cruz Extension for the Human Resources Management Certificate Program for 18 years. My teaching and course focus was employee relations and performance management.
